Lance Foster is a seasoned automotive professional with a passion for excellence and a lifelong dedication to the repair industry. Graduating high school at the remarkable age of 16, Lance embarked on his journey into the automotive world while concurrently pursuing a degree in welding. His early experiences in a repair shop set the stage for a remarkable career trajectory, where he swiftly ascended through the ranks of the automotive industry. From his humble beginnings as a smog and lube technician, Lance honed his skills under the guidance of four Master Techs, ultimately finding his niche in Diesel repair. With over a decade of experience, including a notable tenure as the lead technician and service manager at a prominent used car dealership, Lance’s expertise is unmatched. Fueled by a passion for both his profession and his hobby, Lance is not only a dedicated professional but also an avid enthusiast of rock crawling and big game hunting. His commitment to quality extends beyond the workshop, as he finds joy in supporting his family’s equestrian pursuits and nurturing his daughter’s love for “vrooms” and hands-on experiences in the shop. As the founder of his own business, Lance embodies a unique blend of skill, dedication, and passion, ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service and unparalleled expertise at Sierra Nevada Diesel Performance.
